1. Data controller and contact
KârHesapla offers e-commerce calculation tools and user account services via karhesapla.com. For privacy and personal data requests, you can contact destek.karhesapla@outlook.com.
2. Calculation data
The cost, sale price, commission, VAT, shipping and similar values you enter into the basic calculation tools are processed in your browser. Unless the relevant tool explicitly states a different process, these values are not sent to KârHesapla servers.
3. Excel Bulk Analysis files
The file you upload to the Excel Bulk Analysis tool is read and calculated in your browser; the file itself and content data such as product name, stock code, sale price, cost and margin are not sent to KârHesapla servers. Only anonymous usage measurements (number of rows processed, number of rows with errors, number of rows previewed and download attempt) and the information that the free trial right has been used are recorded on the server.
Nevertheless, do not add personal data belonging to your customers or employees, such as names, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, addresses, order notes or similar, to your file. The tool does not need this information.
4. Membership and profile information
When you create an account, your e-mail address, first and last name, business type, membership date and account role may be processed. When you use the Sign in with Google feature, the basic profile information shared by Google (name, e-mail and, if any, profile picture) may be used to create your account or to sign you in.
5. Notification list and product interest
When you join the KârHesapla Pro notification list, your e-mail address, the feature you are interested in, the consent version and the registration time may be stored. This data is used to inform you when the relevant feature is ready, to measure product demand and to improve the service.
6. Local storage and cookies
The theme, the marketplace list and some user preferences may be stored in your browser's localStorage area. Analytics services may use cookies or similar technologies. For details, you can review the Cookie Policy.
7. Service providers
The following infrastructures may be used for the service to operate:
- Supabase: authentication, user profile and notification list data.
- Resend: transactional e-mails such as account verification and password reset.
- Netlify: publishing of the website and technical logs.
- Google: Sign in with Google and Analytics services.
- Microsoft Outlook: receiving support and contact e-mails.
These providers may process data within the scope of their own terms of service and privacy policies.
8. Processing purposes and legal grounds
Data may be processed for the purposes of creating memberships and managing sessions, managing the free usage right, security, handling requests and support, improving the service, fulfilling legal obligations and, where you have given explicit consent, providing information.
9. Retention and security
Data is stored only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose or for as long as required by legal obligations. Technical measures such as access policies, authentication and secure connections are used to reduce unauthorized access. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed for data transmission over the internet.
10. Your rights under the KVKK
Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, to request its correction or, where the conditions are met, its deletion, as well as the other rights set out in the law. This policy may be updated in line with changes to the service or the legislation. The current version and date are always published on this page.
