1. Acceptance of the terms
By using karhesapla.com, you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not accept the terms, you should not use the service.
2. Scope of the service
KârHesapla provides profit, commission, VAT, desi, sale price and similar e-commerce calculations, as well as membership, the notification list and KârHesapla Pro features. Some features are free and some are paid.
3. Free use and Pro features
The basic calculation tools are free and do not require registration. The Excel Bulk Analysis tool can be used free of charge once per verified account and for up to 5 products. This limit is enforced on the server side; reducing the number of products or uploading a new file does not create a new free right.
The user is responsible for ensuring that the data they submit to the tool is accurate and usable, that they hold the necessary rights to the file, and that they do not add unnecessary personal data of third parties to the file. The tool output is intended to support the user's own commercial decisions; it is not accounting, tax, legal or investment advice.
KârHesapla Pro pricing has been announced; Pro purchase and activation are carried out via a secure payment infrastructure. When activated, the payment method as well as the cancellation and refund terms will be announced on this page and on the relevant product page.
4. Accuracy of calculations
Reasonable efforts are made to keep the formulas accurate and up to date. However, marketplace commissions, tax rates, shipping tariffs and legislation may change. It is the user's responsibility to verify results with the relevant marketplace, the official authority or their expert advisor before taking action.
5. User account and security
You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information, for keeping your login credentials confidential and for the actions carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, you should notify the support address. In the event of misuse, a security breach or unlawful activity, access to the account may be restricted.
6. Prohibited use
- Harming the service, creating excessive load or circumventing security measures,
- Collecting data without authorization or abusing the system with automated requests,
- Using the content for misleading or unlawful purposes or for purposes that infringe the rights of third parties,
- Copying or reselling the source code or the service without permission, or imitating the brand is prohibited.
7. Intellectual property
The site design, texts, brand elements, calculation tools and original content belong to their respective right holders. You may use the results for personal and commercial decision support; you may not reproduce the site itself or its content without permission.
8. Third-party services
There may be links to or services of Google, Supabase, Netlify, Resend and analytics providers. KârHesapla is not responsible for the outages, policies or actions of these third parties.
9. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no liability is accepted for calculation results, data loss, interruptions, loss of income or indirect damages.
10. Changes and termination
Features, pricing and these terms may be changed when necessary. Significant changes are announced through appropriate channels. All or part of the service may be suspended temporarily or permanently.
